Day-of Coordinator

Whether you’re looking for a hands-on coordinator or just an extra hand to help, we have options to fit your needs. Choose from our two Day-of Coordination packages that cover either just the basics or all the works!

Basic includes:

Initial meeting to go over details
Unlimited communication leading up to event date
Setting up detailed schedule/timeline for your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
Managing venue layout
Communicating with vendors to ensure everything is on
time and in the proper place
Facilitating the rehearsal
Addressing any overlooked details
Overseeing everything on the wedding day ceremony,
and reception

All the works includes

All of the above, PLUS:

Set up assistance at the start of the event
Tear down at the end of the event

Have wedding planning covered but need an extra hand setting up or tearing down your event? We would love to assist you so that your guests can enjoy your beautiful event stress-free.

Set Up Assistance
Up to 3 hours of help at the start of your event
Teardown Assistance
1 hour at the end of your event dedicated to packing up all your decor and personal belongings.
Total Teardown
Our most popular package! You and your loved ones can simply leave at the end of the night and everything will be packed up for you to simply pick up the following day.
